About Me
I graduated with my Master’s degree in Social Work from Albany State University in 2015. I began my career in 2015 working with sex-trafficked youth, adult, and child domestic violence and abuse victims, and families impacted by trauma and crisis. In 2019, I added military social work to my services and have been blessed to help military families through times of adjustment and transition.
I prioritize staying up-to-date on trauma-informed care and have completed additional trauma-informed trainings such as Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in order to provide the best care to those who seek healing and wholeness.
I have also had the pleasure of owning, training, and working with two golden retrievers who love therapy work as much as I do, Rem (2013-2022) and Theo (2023).
